Awakened Heads spawn when an Awakened Gray Giant receives a critical hit. They yield experience and are counted by bounties, however they do not appear to drop loot. Awakened Heads have no elite skill, are mildly disruptive and can only deal damage through Frustration, making them a minimal threat.
