Axe of the Firstwatch is a unique axe obtained from Grahame in Lion's Arch Keep after completion of The Battle for Lion's Arch in exchange for 10 Medals of Honor. As the name would suggest, this axe is a replica of the one Firstwatch Sergio wields.
