The first-ever Guild Wars contest involved a bit of story telling, as participants in our Beta Weekend Events told us tales of their in-game adventures. From serious to playful, from first-person narratives to third-person reportage, the stories ran the gamut.

Nine winners and fifteen honorable mentions were chosen. All winner and honorable entries were published on the Guild Wars site, and the winners were offered a place in the Guild Wars alpha test. Honorable mention recipients were given a Guild Wars Preorder Package.
