Bladed Aatxes are one of the hardest-hitting enemies in the game. They can deal up to 600 damage per hit to caster professions. As they are the first enemies confronted in the Underworld, those new to the area are most likely to have a very short visit.

- Bladed Aatxes have approximately 1045 health and three permanent pips of health regeneration.
- They do 80-250 damage, have 10% armor penetration, and their average damage per second against armor rating 60 is 183.57.
- Efficient ways to fight Aatxes include trapping, blinding, tanking with Protection Prayers, and attacking with ranged attacks and spells while crippling them.
- A miniature version of this creature is available as a birthday gift.
- Aatxes have a 4% chance of dropping a Glob of Ectoplasm.
