Rockshot Devourers are found all over Prophet's Path. Head out of The Amnoon Oasis. You'll find them right infront of the gate, up to and beyond the first teleporter. But be careful: Often more Devourers will burrow out of the ground, alongside with Jade and Rock Eater Scarabs.
