The Blindfold can be obtained from Dextarr Dirtdigger in Cathedral of Flames for 50 Diessa Chalices.

- Has armor rating and bonuses equivalent to normal headgear for all professions
- Can be upgraded by runes and insignias
- Cannot be dyed from its original purple color.
- Gives <Item's Attribute + 1>
- Has clipping issues with headgear and hairstyles on many models, such as the female paragon's headband
- Can be salvaged into Bolts of Cloth.

This blindfold is possibly a nod to the Matrix films, in the film Matrix Revolutions after being blinded Neo wears the same colour blindfold.
