Bone Horrors are
minions created by the Necromancer Skills
Animate Bone Horror and
Malign Intervention. They are the most basic of all minions, lacking any special characteristics.

- Bone Horrors are melee fighters.
- Level 18 Bone Horrors deal 17-49 damage, including both critical and non-critical hits, against an 60 AL target, with a mean damage of 27.5, and a damage per second of 8.7.
- Bone Horrors deal Blunt damage.
- Bone Horrors have normal health (20 times level, plus 80), and approximately level*3.75+5 armor.
- Level 18 Bone Horrors have 440 health and approximately 72 armor.

- Bone Horrors possess an attack rate of 3.17 seconds (19 attacks per minute).

- Like all minions, they will attack any enemy without command, and it is impossible to disengage them.
- Bone horrors share many common traits with the other types of animated undead and are subject to the same rules as all skills that rely on corpse exploitation.
- Bone horrors lose health at a rate that increases over time. See the main Minion article for more details.
- Bone Minions and Vampiric Horrors share appearances with Bone Horrors.
- The quest-specific Bone Horror does have normal item drops.
