This sword drops in Vabbi and Kourna. When playing in hard mode, it also drops in Istan.

This is the sword that you can see being converted from an art sketch to a in-game 3D model on the Nightfall "Making of" DVD added to the Guild Wars Nightfall Collector's Edition.
