- When returning to him to collect the reward for the quest Going Home, be warned that if Chasing Zenmai is active a number of level 20 Am Fah will drop in to join you! Bryan will immediately begin fighting them, and will likely die due to his low level. If you try to get the reward from him while he's fighting, he will refuse to talk to you. Consider bringing a Protection Prayers monk with effective, fast-casting spells, such as Protective Spirit, Shield Guardian, and, if possible, Shield of Deflection. Alternatively, finish Chasing Zenmai and return later.
- During Wintersday 2005, Wintersday 2006 and Wintersday 2007, a Bryan appears in Ascalon City having the Ascalon Farmer skin.
