Buildwars (or
Build Wars) is a common mocking term, referring to the game being in a state in which the
builds are more important than skill or tactics. This state is undesirable to most players as it causes matches to be frustrating, boring and predictable. This happens when powerful skills cannot be countered without building specifically to counter them. The more powerful, hard to counter, skills there are, the higher the degree of Buildwars. When the game is in this state, it can be likened to
Rock, Paper, Scissors.
