Buqui Kaguchi and his brother Nongbu are Crimson Skull fugitives. In the quest, The Kaguchi Brothers, it is revealed that they were responsible for the bandits stealing from the local farms in The Crop Thieves. To stop their criminal acts, Headmaster Zhan requests they be killed.
