- Infiltrate the Am Fah and eavesdrop upon the Am Fah, without being noticed, to learn the location of the Orrian Tomes.
- Capture the Orrian Tome from the Am Fah.
- See Minister Jaisan for your reward.

[edit] Walkthrough
For the quickest route, enter Wajjun Bazaar from the Marketplace, then head to the entrance of the Undercity. Soon after entering, at point 1, you'll come across 2 bandits standing on a bridge. Wait until they finish talking before you attack, that way the quest will update. After the quest updates, kill the bandits and follow the path to 2, where the Am Fah Leader is. Kill him and the Orrian Tome will drop. Return the Tome to Minister Jaisan to complete the quest.

Minister Jaisan
- "Always thinking of the people it serves, the Celestial Ministry has been creating Signets of Capture to help assist our citizens and make the capturing of skills effortless. Most unfortunately, however, the Orrian tome we used in the creation of these Signets was stolen in a raid organized by the Am Fah. I do not think I need to tell you how imperative it is that we get the tome back from them immediately. My sources tell me that the Am Fah are holding the tome deep inside their guild hall; no doubt their leader recognizes the power it holds, and is keeping it close at hand. If you wish to serve Cantha, I suggest you capture the Orrian tome and return it to me that I may continue to produce Signets of Capture for all Canthan citizens. Well, at least for those who can afford to pay for them."
- "You will, of course, accept this task?"
- Accept: "Of course! I will track down and return the tome."
- Decline: "I'm sure the Am Fah will use the tome to do good works."
- When asked about quest: "Retrieve the Orrian tome from the Am Fah's guild hall, which is located in the Undercity. And be quick about it!"

- "The Orrian Tome! You found it! You have no idea how dangerous this tome could be in the wrong hands.... You know, I had my doubts about you, but it appears you aren't completely useless as some of my fellow ministers would have me believe. Now, I must get back to work creating more Signets of Capture."

- If you accept the quest, join the Am Fah, and then quit before the quest is completed, you will no longer have to fight the Am Fah when travelling alone (they will appear as allies). If you encounter a group of Am Fah in a multi-player party, then they will be enemies only as long as you remain in that party.
