During the time that Imperial Supply Master Kagno remains in Shing Jea Monastery to hands out Demon Masks in exchange for 250 Victory Tokens... Do the [Victory Token Rewards] collectors remain during the week as well... or do they leave when the festival is over? Dee 20:24, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

anyone remember if these npcs were in the 2008 festival? if they were, there doesn't need to be a 2007 or 2008 category. the 2008 category is empty atm b/c all the previous npcs were also present in other years. --VVong|BA 22:12, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
