Notes

• The skill descriptions omit that this skill can only be recharged when gaining a Morale Boost.
• Consider using in synergy with Echo or Arcane Echo.
• This skill seems to have a similar abilities to Mantra of Celerity, an elite Fast Casting skill removed before Prophecies was released.
