Chang Hai

Chang Hai (1 AE - ?) was the 11th Emperor of Cantha. He refused his family's way and practiced to become a Warrior Monk, after his training, he traveled the land doing heroic deeds accompanied by scribes. On his journeys he became Weh no Su. He became emperor when his father died and was the first Ascendant Emperor. After Chang Hai, all Canthan Emperors had to become Weh no Su, either by family tradition or by law.
