Turning in a Gwen's Story [Authorized] in to Tuomas [Scribe] in Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, or Kamadan.

Dye affects the cloth which wraps around the axe's haft. The default color can be closely replicated using brown dye.

- This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant. Weapon modifications added to the weapon can be salvaged off as normal.
