Turning in a Gwen's Story [Authorized] in to Tuomas [Scribe] in Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, or Kamadan.

Turns the handle/shaft to a slightly different color, not tremendously noticeable.

- This item cannot be salvaged for materials nor can be sold to a merchant. Weapon modifications added to the weapon can be salvaged off as normal.
