This chest appears after completion of the five reapers quests of the Underworld :
- Imprisoned Spirits
- The Four Horsemen
- Wrathful Spirits
- Servants of Grenth
- Terrorweb Queen
- Demon Assassin
This chest contain a purple item atributed to one of the players, possibly not the one who oppened it.

- Upon completion of any of those quests, a tameable fully evolved Black Widow will appear with the chest.
