Hex spell. Throw a net at target foe. On impact, all foes in the area move slower for 10 seconds. The net projectile flies at a quarter of the normal speed.

- Some Corsairs have this skill.
- Slowdown is about 50%.
Anomaly.If you have Hex Breaker active, you will receive the damage from Hex Breaker, not the corsair using the net.
