Drop effect

A drop effect is the result of dropping an object while under the influence of a skill. The effects are either entirely beneficial to the bearer of the bundle (and/or any allies) or entirely negative for opponents in the area of effect. Ritualists are the only profession that can cast the item spells that have drop effects, but players can also drop certain in-game items that will also cause an effect when dropped.

  • The downside of dropping a bundle is that any benefits to holding the item are lost.
  • The concise description uses drop effect while most full descriptions use when you drop instead.
