- The Ebon Vanguard Assassin is neither human nor a summoned creature. It cannot spread disease to players and is not affected by skills like Swap or Sulfurous Haze.
- If it is killed before the duration expires, he will trigger Soul Reaping and leave an exploited corpse. Otherwise, the Assassin will vanish at the end of its duration.
- It has a lifetime of 12 to 30 seconds.
- If there are no foes in the area, he will walk away from the caster and disappear.
- It can be healed or enchanted like any Asura Summons or necromancer minions.
- It is not infused.
Anomaly.While the skill description states that the Ebon Vanguard Assassin Shadow Steps, it actually spawns at the targets location. As such, it can be used to target foes on an inaccessible ledge or behind a wall.
Anomaly.It is possible to see the Assassin's Critical Strikes energy gain.
Bug.It sometimes won't attack the selected target upon casting of the spell.
