• This effect is inflicted onto all allies as long as they remain in the Nightfallen Jahai explorable area.
• Lightbringer's Gaze is not affected by this effect.
• Skills which instantly recharge themselves under certain circumstances (such as Signet of Sorrow) will bypass this effect when they do so.

Bug.

It seems that 'Half Skill Recharge' and Glyph of Renewal will not work at all while under this effect.
