The Eidolon is an elementalist boss which plays an important but passive role in the Prophecies storyline. The players seek it for its Spectral Essence, a material required for the Ancient Seer to infuse armor.
It can be found in three missions: Iron Mines of Moladune, Ring of Fire and Abaddon's Mouth. There is also another NPC similar to Eidolon and its function, but called Ice Beast, in Mineral Springs explorable area.

Notes[edit]
- Unlike Phantoms, Eidolons are fleshy.
- On the Ring of Fire islands, they drop Shiverpeak Key instead of Darkstone Key.
