Allow tonics to have /dancenew effects[edit]

f you are on a Dervish with NF collector's edition and type /dancenew and then pop a tonic (even if it is a Kahmu tonic), then it stops the animation and when you type /dancenew again there's no discoball.

I think it would be nice if you could use /dancenew while under EL tonics.

Kahmu (D/) Melonni (D/) Hayda (P/) General Morgahn (P/) Keiran (P/) Razah (Rt/) Xandra (Rt/) Anton (A/) Miku (A/)

The /dancenew effect should go by the tonic's profession, and not stop if the original character profession had an effect.

For example: Assassin that used /dancenew that uses Kahmu tonic and types /dancenew again has backup crew and disco ball spinning.

Elementalist that used /dancenew after Keiran tonic has sparkle light thing.

Ritualist that used /dancenew that uses a Keiran tonic and types /dancenew again has sparkle light thing and the backup dancers.

Dervish that used /dancenew that uses a Keiran tonic and types /dancenew has a sparkley discoball? <-- might be a problem?

Paragon that used /dancenew that uses a Miku tonic and types /dancenew again gets sparkley light and backup dancers.

Option 2[edit]

continue dancenew routine if tonic is popped

i.e. Dervish that uses dancenew, pops a tonic, and continues to have disco ball

Option 3[edit]

establish dancenew routine depending on the tonic

i.e. use Miku tonic and type /dancenew, then you get backup dancers
