Using bots to beat other players for you is cheating, whether or not the badly-written joke of an EULA is rigged to mean that or not is irrelevant. Why some bots are allowed in pvp and some are not perplexes and annoys me to no end.

You cannot gain fame, champion points, or rating if henchmen/heroes are in your party.

Short and simple.
