Hi Gaile. I'm really eager to get my experience in GW2 started, yet I cannot due to being unable to connect accounts. This is why:

Hi, my name is Demetrius and I began playing Guild Wars back in 2007, I couldn't play very much come 2009 due to moving away, and my account became permanently banned due to use of a 3rd party program. I've tried twice to get my account unbanned, but with no luck. I've all but given up on it, as badly as I want it back, I think it's a lost cause. Anyway, I was emailing you fine people because I recently purchased Guild Wars 2 and I want to connect that old account to it. Is this at all possible?

Needless to say, I'm very concerned with this matter. I've already pre-purchased GW2, I'm just waiting to see if I can connect them now. Thanks for your time. -- Dee Strongfist 19:26, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
