Heroes are covered in the Nightfall starter area, and even Eye of the North has a tutorial quest. I don't think -that- needs to be put in the isle.-- User Vanguard VanguardLogo.pnganguard 01:58, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

True, I decided not to include some thing like wards because there's that tablet in Shing Jea. There's some overlap between things taught in Pre, Shing Jea, and Istan. I thought heroes were major enough, and could use some sort of "hero experimentation area". Manifold 02:36, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
Moving one of the targets near the Master of Damage could be included in your suggestion since the one actually isn't adjacent. Ɲoɕʈɋɽɕɧ 10:10, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
Ideally, there would be informative tablets in GToB as well, as many people start PvPing as soon as they get the game. --Gah_ 15:54, 4 September 2009 (UTC)
This idea is a shoe-in. --Emkyooess 15:31, 31 October 2009 (UTC)
Tablets... Does anybody actually read them? Also, I find it's better to witness certain things in action than to simply read about them. Minion aggro range, for example. 76.106.245.213 23:20, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

I like this idea, since what if you make a PvP character? You can't go test in PvE areas. All I can think of is letting PvP characters gain access to the beginner/training areas from PvE but with enemies removed. Previously Unsigned 13:57, 18 November 2009 (UTC)

I know this comment is nearly two years old, but the Isle of the Nameless acts as a PvE instance. I've taken several PvP-Only characters in there to test PvE builds (without PvE-Only/title skills, of course). 76.106.245.213 00:55, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Also...[edit]

It's also hard to test skills dependent on foe actions, e.g. skills that KD moving opponents, hexes that trigger on spells, etc. It's also hard to practice interrupts. In general, the island limits testing to very traditional types of attacks, even though the developers have been at great pains to create a game that allows for more complex and nuanced battles.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 00:35, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Master of Healing avoids you as best she can within the space she's allowed, and casts like there's no tomorrow. Same as Master of Enchantment. I make a habit of testing new builds on them specifically because they both cast and try to run (albeit not far). Master of Survival is another runner and Master of Lightning is another interruptible caster. What were you looking for? If it's there, I probably know where you can find it. 76.106.245.213 23:16, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
