Feedback talk:User/Volvagia89/Emotes based on current action =)

Not a bad suggestion. It would certainly add some additional "character" to the game. Two thoughts that come to mind are:

1) Allow players to customize their emotes per situation. In Options, there would be a list of the the default emotes/reactions that you already detailed in your suggestion. Players could then change these defaults to suit their personal preferences.

2) Alternately, or in addition to the above suggestion, make the situational emotes race-based. Two Norn passing each other in a field will do a shoulder punch to one another rather than a friendly wave. An Asura will turn his nose up with an arrogant flare when passing anyone other than another Asura. A Charr will bear his claws and/or fangs. You get the idea. There are so many emotes that can make characters seem more life-like! A couple more time or action based ones would be brilliant, like yawning after a long day or hunching and panting to get a breath after a long run. More inn specific emotes would be cool too, like cheering at someone dancing or leaning over and chatting with someone at the bar. --PhoenixDown 08:01, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
