• Killing the Flame Guardian disables the fire traps on the second level of Arachni's Haunt.
• Killing the Flame Guardian disables the fire traps on at least the first and third levels of Catacombs of Kathandrax.
• Killing each of the (3) Flame Guardians in Oola's Lab (Little Workshop of Horrors quest) disables a section of the fire traps on the first level. Additionally, the (2) Flame Guardians at the end of level (3) need to be killed to complete that quest.
