The Footman, with only four attack skills and 480 health, serves only a small purpose in a GvG battle. Weak and easy to aggro, the footmen are usually among the first NPCs to be killed, and with little damage besides bleeding they do not pose a great threat, however they can prove a little bit of trouble for their foes as it's possible for them to cause an unblockable deep wound on bleeding foes through Warriors Cunning and Gash.
