Automated Tournaments

• Updated the 2013 Automated Tournament Series Trophy in the Great Temple of Balthazar.
• Updated the Automated Tournament map rotation.
• Moved the Automated Tournament Series Trophy to the display dais.
• Moved Tolkano to the center of the Great Temple of Balthazar.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that allowed players to purchase cape trim before acquiring a cape.
