The Gemstone Staff is a Mesmer weapon available only from three collectors in the Factions campaign (see below). They require 9 Domination Magic.

Dye colors the dark band on the staff handle. The resulting color will not be dominant over the gray bands. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.
