The Glowing Runic Maul is a small type of hammer. It has a small, stone head engraved with runes on two of its sides. The image of these runes floats above their engravings, glowing an electric blue.

Dye only affects the wrappings on the grip. Its default color does not exactly correspond to any particular dye but is very close to brown.
