Before acquiring the primary quest Isle of the Dead:
- "I'm sorry, but Kormir has ordered stiff regulations on travel to Kodlonu Hamlet at this time..."
Non-Nightfall characters or after acquiring the aforementioned quest:
- "The Mehtani Keys are wracked by storms and corsairs alike, so be careful as you venture through. Corsairs are one thing, but even Koss would think twice before starting a fight with the storm-seasoned fisherman who has to scratch out a living in this rough area. I'm glad you've arrived. The Mehtani Keys certainly need a strong Sunspear presence."
