Council Of Twilight [Moon] is ruled within the alliance with emphasis on teamplay in PvE, Alliance Battles and surrounded by befriended Guild Leaders and their members.
The guild is made out the guilds [Rain] and [Cry] and is a new step in our friendship. We decided to bundle our powers to make a big but mostly active guild. We decided to lead the guild as equals, with a system of a social leader and leading officers. After a lot of discussion and maybe even harsh words we succeeded.
