• Guild currency tutorial. This video was made by a sister guild and shows how guild currency works and how members can help. Obviously, for our guild we will be on a different server, Dragonbrand, and any donations can be mailed to Nynaeve Al Meare.

History

Dragon Lourds was established on May 16th 2010, when the leader, Nynaeve Al Meare (that's me!) became dissatisfied with the Guild she was in. She was an officer in that Guild and helped many with their quests, missions and questions.

As she left she told the members it had been her last event with them. She said she was headed for "the wild blue yonder". A member asked, "Where is that?"

And she told him "Dragon Lourds..." she also said for them to put her on their friends list and she would continue to help just as she always had whether she was in the guild or not.

As soon as she left the guild members were messaging her asking if they could come to her guild, Dragon Lourds. This continued threw the night. By the end of the night we had 5 officers and 11 members! Within 2 weeks time we were 40+ members strong and we continue to grow each day.

Services

In the Guild Hall you can find the services of many NPC's including storage, rune trader, merchant, priest, festival hat keeper,material trader, and skill trainer.

This is not my guild, this is OUR guild. We have a Character designated for donations of items for those who need them, but of course you have to earn the right to get items from the donation box.

We try to do things together as a guild such as missions, quests,etc. If you want company doing a mission or quest, just ask in alliance chat and most likely someone would like to join you.

Also included in services to members are free GM's for those in Pre and Runs for those in post.

We are a family oriende guild and enjoy people who like to chat and socialize.

Policies

We at Dragon Lourds feel that we are family and help each other as much as we can. We are not here to tell you how to play your game but to help you enjoy your game. We don't like beggars. We are here to help you, not to support you. Ask not what your guild can do for you, but what can you do for your guild?

We have few rules but 2 are very important and I am sure you can determine which 2 they are:

1. No swearing, period.
2. Drinking allowed - but no drunken dragon driving.
3. Nudity permitted in GH only.
4. Respect and consideration to fellow members is expected.
5. Abuse of fellow members will not be tolerated.
6. No caps in chat, please!
7. Go out, have fun, and be respectful of others.
8. Remember, you were new once too!

We are allied with the Luxon because we want to protect turtles as they are animals...plants can fend for themselves
