'Jericho Department' is currently a small guild founded by Armand Sibrand in July 2008. Although started as international, [JD] changed to Romanian exclusively in August 2009. The [JD] guild is basically a PvE guild; we haven't yet enough active members playing PvP but, in future, everything is possible. So the Guild Hall can wait for guild vs. guild battles later on.

'Jericho Department' is an romanian guild. Players of every levels can join. No special requirements. Members are treated equally, so being a member instead of an officer doesn't really matter much.
However, a player can become an officer if he is active and\or brings new members to the guild.
