General
Second Focus [SF] was created by Nach Denki and Melissen Geist on December 19th, 2005. It was a 2-person-guild for a long time until the two founders decided to expand the guild in late 2006. They started to acquire guild members and were joined by complete strangers and real-life friends. They also found an alliance which accompanied the guild for a long time but which was left in April 2007 to join another (the current) alliance. Second Focus [SF] currently got 2 leaders (since Melissen Geist and Nach Denki are considered leaders), 4 officers and 45-50 member which are all active players, so it's a pretty big guild which focuses on PvE mostly but tries PvP from time to time.
Requirements
Second Focus [SF] does not require anything from his members. When we search for new people we don't ask for how long you played or how many level20 characters you got or even how old you are. You get an invitation if you want to and then it's up to you how you behave. If you behave well and you are nice you will stay and noone will be bothered, but if you don't behave well you get kicked. Simple, isn't it? The founders choose that method to acquire new members mostly because you can't detect good members by age or experience so why bother trying? This way we just SEE if a person is a good or bad member. The only that could count as an "requirement" is that you shouldn't be someone who plays mostly PvP since we are no PvP guild and it just wouldn't make sense.
