History
The High Chronicles Alliance is now headed by [THCx], composed of the [THCS] core team.
The High Chronicles was started by a small group of friends who have played together for years. Primarily [THCS] grew by advertising for Fissure of Woe runs and impressing those we brought along.
Since then [THCS] has grown into three guilds and now do almost everything. During the day you'll see FoW and UW speed clears going on in one or two full alliance groups and DoA, dungeons, and Urgoz's Warren/The Deep have been known to pop up as well. Most of the time, the officers and leaders tend to go with the majority on what is done. Although we are mainly a PvE guild, we have started building up a strong group of people who enjoy PvP - syncing JQ and FA, AB, and HA are favorites.
The High Chronicles is a very laid back guild. Unlike most guilds, we do not allow swearing and selling/buying in alliance chat. We only ask that there isn’t any excess spam and we do not tolerate racism due to our guild being made up of people from all over the world.
Currently The High Chronicles Alliance has: 2,189,909 Luxon Faction. (as of 01/10/10)
Recruitment
With 150+ members spread out over three guilds, [THCS] is always looking for more active, laid back members. While there are a few requirements for membership, you have to be level-headed and act maturely when it comes to gameplay. Current members range from super-active hardcore gamers to laid back casual players.
While [THCS] is always looking out for new talent, we are not currently actively recruiting. It's up to you to come to us if you'd like an invite, and if you're interested in applying we have information on our forums, and keep an eye out for our tag in Temple of the Ages and other high traffic towns.
[THCS] adheres to a fairly strict 18+ age requirement.
The High Chronicles Alliance is also recruiting active, mature Luxon guilds to it's alliance. While there is no faction requirement, we ask that all guilds in the alliance have a respectable amount of faction and adhere to an 18+ age requirement.
Claims To Fame
[THCx] & [THCS] currently hold the FoWsc record, with a 11 minute completion time! proof of this is in the form of a video that can be found on our forums.
- Consistently successful UWsc runs, averaging 45 minute clear times.
- Average Frostmaw's Burrows completion time less than 20 minutes.
- Average The Deep completion time 45 minutes to 1 hour.
