TZK was founded on 1/1/08. Initially TZK had humble beginnings... The guild leader, (Kayadine Deathskull or Im Getting Fat) being bored of the mundane grind of PvE decided he wanted to try his hand at PvP and see what sort of impact he could make. Shortly after starting the guild, he met who could be called, "second in command" (What Is A Noob or Solracs Seeker) while getting ran to Droks and playing a dirty game of STRIP-Rock-Paper-Scissors. From there the journey began. Together, they began pouring countless hours making builds, talking crap, and perfecting their AB tactics. In less than 2 weeks the guild had already grown to 50 members, and were maintaining 3 mil factions regularly, STRICTLY through pvp. Yes, there was PvE in the guild, but the main focus was directed towards PvP as a whole.

TZK has now become a well known force in PvP, but most of all, through AB, in which they began. TZK teams are typically very organized and have a VERY high win rate, both in outnumbered encounters, as well as overall battles. At one point, TZK had become such a popular hotspot for players who desired to learn how to AB effectively, as well as seasoned players, who desired to always have a good guild group to play with, that they even had to make a SECOND guild. There were so many people trying to join the guild that they were having to kick 1 day inactive players regularly, due to a full roster. After the creation of the second TZK, the original was maintaining 5-6mil factions, and the second was maintaining over 3mil factions with ease, STRICTLY through PvP. No PvE faction farming was allowed.

Some have accused TZK of having an elitist mentality. These accusations stem from the fact that many of the core members seem to bash, mock, and verbally abuse players on opposing sides of a game, as well as members of other groups in their team. If asked why they abuse and mock opposing players, they would probably mock you for asking a stupid question. They intend on making themselves known to everyone as a group of players that should be respected in PvP for their skill. Opposing players are an easy target. If nothing else, its for personal amusement, and maybe a distraction to opposing players to have people incessantly bash on them the entire match. Still, why would they yell at allied teams? According to the guild leader, its not necessarily meant to attack them, but he feels as if most people in AB dont really pay attention to instruction during a game, and he has noticed that for some reason or other, if you throw in a few cus words, people seem to get the point much quicker. Whatever the case, they do not deny these accusations, but only add, "If you are in our alliance, in our guild, or we think you're a cool guy, then we treat you as family. This guild has NO drama within itself, and people are working to better those around them, not to tear them down. You're only as strong as your weakest link, so its better to teach and instruct guild mates than to just bash them for not being great at PvP yet."

What makes TZK unique is its ability to survive real life issues. On several occasions the guild leader left guild wars for extended period of time, and intentionally closed down the guild. Upon his return, ever singly officer, and the vast majority of members, as well as new ones, returned to TZK in knowing that it promised a great community and an even better gaming experience. Currently TZK is in a down phase, and through various circumstances (military service, work obligations, ect...) TZK is not currently active. HOWEVER, core members have already promised to return to Guild Wars in the closer to GW2 launch, and continue playing until Guild Wars 2 is released, at which point, they plan on taking the game by storm, and becoming an even MORE recognizable force by the Guild Wars community. TZK has already has communicated with several guilds, in advance, who have expressed much interest in joining TZK, either through mergers, or through an alliance in their return for GW2.

Last but not least, a quote from the guild leader of TZK, most known as, Im Getting Fat: "Assassins are a useless class... jus sayin..."
