Sebelkeh Basilica. He provides the mission briefing for the
Grand Court of Sebelkeh.

- "Ahai, Sunspear. It seems so much colder than it was this morning. Nightfall...I thought it was a child's story, but now I'm not so sure. If there's anything I can do...any question I can answer...let me know."
- Tell me about past events.
- "You saved the three princes of Vabbi, but Varesh has invaded the province with her demons and Margonites. The rifts she's created are spreading through the land and tearing everything apart. If you can't stop Varesh, all of Elona will fall to darkness."
- Tell me about current events.
- "Varesh invaded the great, floating temple of Lyssa to help her bring about Nightfall, and then left to find Abaddon across the Desolation. You must head to the Basilica and face the dark spirit Varesh left there."
- Please give me some tips.
- "1. The Blasphemy is rather weak but don't let that deceive you. He will continue to respawn until all of the rifts are closed. 2. Pay attention to the effects of killing the Blasphemy. 3. Try splitting your party to protect the altar AND close the rifts. 4. Don't always kill the Blasphemy as soon as you see him. You need to let him walk away sometimes when you're trying to close the portal he comes out of. But, beware of letting the Blasphemy get too much progress at the center altar [sic]"
