• As a Core item, the Hallowed Idol would normally be available in all parts of the game. However, only PvP characters have access to it in Prophecies. PvE characters with Prophecies only cannot obtain it by any other means in that campaign (barring trade). In all of the other campaigns this item should drop normally.
