Healing Spring

The Healing Spring places an enchantment on anyone near it that wears off unless they stay near it. It damages undead and heals everything else.

Ascalon (pre-Searing)

Regent Valley (in the south close to the entrance to Wizard's Folly.)

Interacting with it will change any Hunter's Horn into a Purified Hunter's Horn.
