Heket Tongues are long slimy tongues of a Heket; they are said to hold universal curative qualities. According to Kaya, they are an ingrediant to turn people into toads.

[edit] Gandara, the Moon Fortress
2 groups of heket - one just outside Pogahn Passage (outpost), and the other a short distance away to the east. There are only melee classes in each group, so are a quick and easy farm, and should present few if any problems for solo farming builds.
[edit] Barbarous Shore
There are 6 groups patrolling outside Camp Hojanu. These groups can sometimes include a Blue Tongue Heket healing the other heket, which can make defeating the group more difficult than farming Gandara above. Farming builds will either need to shutdown the healing, or overcome it with significant damage. Less experienced players may find it helpful to have 2-3 players farm, in which one player acts as party-defense/healer-shutdown while the other 1-2 concentrate on dealing damage.
