Heroes' Crypt is of one the maps in rotation in Random Arena and Team Arena battles.
[edit] Description
The map has a short path to the opposing team's starting area and each "base" spawns a flag. Players can control an obelisk by placing their flag on the obelisk pedestal. Heroes' Crypt sports an accessible raised area above the obelisk, and also has a small, lowered section below the main arena. There are no environmental effects in this arena.
[edit] Objective
Deathmatch: To be victorious, at least one player on your team has to be alive after he/she has killed the last opponent.
[edit] Common Tactics/Tips
- Obelisk control gives a considerable advantage over the other team in this map, so make sure to capture it early in the match.
- The raised area above the obelisk gives a height advantage to ranged weapons.
- If you are being attacked from the above area by projectiles while you are below it, hug the walls for their projectiles to be obstructed.
