This skill is given to Elementalists competing in a Dwayna Vs Grenth match, as well as in the Wintersday 2008 Snowball Dominance quest given by Casey Carpenter in the Eye of the North.

Anomaly.Although the spell description says this spell does cold damage, it inflicts armor ignoring damage.
