Icy

Icy is a weapon upgrade that changes the damage type of a weapon to Cold damage. This is commonly used against warriors, who have far less armor against elemental damage than physical damage. This also helps in triggering the effects of Spinal Shivers, Shivers of Dread, and Conjure Frost.
