Notes

• The cripple is applied even when reapplying the skill.
  • However, the cripple duration is reduced to just 1 second if using both a "Swift as the Wind" inscription and Rune of Restoration. By reactivating Illusion of Haste during this second, the cripple condition will effectively have no impact on your movement. Consider using a weapon of Enchanting simultaniously to maximise the skill's effect.
