  • This skill will cause maximum health degeneration at rank 14 and above.
  • The healing effect scales to be ~50% of the hex's maximum damage potential. For example, at rank 12, the skill will inflict a maximum of 216 damage, healing 113 points when it ends.
  • You can increase the duration of the hex, increasing the net damage without affecting the amount of healing:
  • Removing the hex early (e.g. via Cure Hex) will trigger the healing. Use a cover hex to prevent this.
  • The healing caused by Illusion of Pain does not trigger Scourge Healing.
  • The AI only uses this skill on targets whose health is below two thirds of maximum.
