In-game name

IGN is a common abbreviation for in-game name, the name of player's character in the game. This name is chosen at character creation and cannot be changed once created.

However, if the IGN for a character has been deemed inappropriate, the player will receive a suspension and upon logging back in he or she will be prompted to change that character's name before the character can be used again.
